When you arrive please enter via the rear entrance. Please note I may be with another client and I will get to you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice for all changes and cancellations to your appointment. Please note any deposit paid is non-refundable and in case of rescheduling is valid for 30 days.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the time of consultation. EFTPOS facilities are available so you can pay by card or cash. 
Please note Zoom/Telephone sessions booked online require payment prior to the appointment. 

Please note Kate is currently training a therapy dog.
